Fil/Yarn:Wool of the Andes (100%laine/wool) 220yds/100g, natural teint à la main/hand-dyed
Modèle/Pattern: plagiat de One Skein Wonder, by Glampyre.
Needles: US 9, 10 et 10 1/2

This microphone-bolero is my contribution to the collective project "Projects spectrum". The color of March is it red-pink. I had the perfect wire in the form of a wool hank dyed in Kool-aid in tone reds and pinks. One Skein Wonder, a very known model of Glampyre seemed to me perfect like spring model. I have very often badly with the shoulders and the arm in this moment, and what could be better than small heating-shoulders in a sharp color to heat me just what it is necessary and to slacken me?
But by looking all the photographs of this model on the blogs and flickr, I said myself: I do not need the owner, I can certainly create this myself. The exercise amused me well, and I thus shamefully plagiarized this original work, without any shame, I must acknowledge it. I added days there to the increases, which does not waste anything I think. If I remakes it, I would see myself well inserting an openwork reason in the panel of the back, like this free model there. That Glampyre forgives me not to have bought its model to him. I must acknowledge well that curiosity still itches me in this connection. I would like to compare to it his and mine, now.

Another innovation: I knitted this model with my very new Denise needles. In fact needles sold in set allow all kinds of combinations of size and length of needles. It is incredibly practical and the flexibility of the plastic put back a little my hands which suffered. I despite everything step am not filled with enthusiasm by the points of these needles. But the Lego side, practical and malignant, I adore!
Finally let us reconsider the dyeing a little in Kool-aid. It is literally childish, even if I think that one would not badly need an experiment to succeed in obtaining precise colours, and that it is probably impossible to obtain soft or subtle colours with that. Kool-aid is a powder coloured and scented to make lemonades. After having read this article on Knitty, inter alia, I would die of desire for testing. Very an American owl, had the kindness of me to send about fifteen packages it, with wool hanks of KnitPicks, and three adorable bonnets of imps for my children. It is thus in Shannon that this post is dedicated. Once again, I thank it for his marvellous gift. I tenderized each time the children put on these bonnets, and my daughter speaks about "your friend of America, mom" who sent them.

I apologize and swear I won't do that again, well I promise at least. I mean, I'll try not to. If you ask gently, I may even re-do this post...

Oh wow, such a lovely color. Amazing what you can do with Kool Aid, isn't it! As for the interpretation - too funny! Tell Plume, I want to see a picture of her in her hat.

I think you mean Glampyre, not Grumperina :).
