My oh my... the British Pathe films archive does offer some interesting pieces of history.
The second video I watched immediately took my attention.
SWISS WOMEN IN MOUNTAIN VILLAGE DRESS AS MEN IN FEMININE DEMONSTRATION
If the archive's informations are correct, the film was shooted in 1922... Not even a thousand year ago. The world has changed, isn't she?
I would love to know which "sweet mountain village" is pictured here.
